GIOCP Convocation Ceremony March 10th 2024 at BMICH

Important Notice For Participants

සහභාගිවන්නන් සඳහා වන වැදගත් දැන්වීමයි!

Please read All the given details and follow instructions correctly.

කරුණාකර දී ඇති විස්තර හොඳින් කියවා උපදෙස් අනුගමනය කරන්න.
  1. Participants are strictly advised to be at the registration desk (on March 10th 2024 at BMICH Colombo) by 2.00pm.

 Rehearsals of the procession will commence at 2.45pm. All participants should be seated before the rehearsals begin. It is compulsory for all participants to attend the rehearsals.

  1. Please be seated according to the seat number given on your ticket. Also, for reference, please check the floor plan attached in this email.
  2. If you have booked an extra seat the audience for your additional participant/s (Your family member or friends), please send us (email) their full name with initials. (All family members are allowed to sit in the audience only)
  3. All participants please collect your tickets at the registration desk. Please make sure tokens are collected for any of your additional participant/s (ONLY WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID & RESERVED THE SEATS)
  4. All graduates should collect their cloaks and cloak hoods from the registration desk. It is compulsory to return the cloaks and cloak hoods to the registration desk at the end of the ceremony.
  5. You are advised not to bring any additional bags except for the essentials. This is advised due to the security reasons at BMICH.
  6. You are advised not to bring your children to the hall during the time period of the ceremony (3.00pm. to 7.00pm).
  7. It is strictly prohibited to use mobile phones during the ceremony. You are expected to silent all mobile devices until the ceremony concludes.
  8. Please make sure to focus on the cameramen for official photographs on stage. All instructions will be provided during ceremonial rehearsals.
  9. It is mandatory for all participants to maintain dignity, discipline and professionalism, during and after the ceremony.
  10. If any inconvenience occurs during the ceremony, please do contact any member from the GIOCP event organizing committee. Your issues will be addressed immediately.
  11. For any reason, if you are unable to participate in the ceremony, you are advised to inform GIOCP on or before 01st of March 2024.

  4. සියලුම බලපත්‍ / සහතික හෝ සම්මාන ලාබින් තම නියමිත උපාධි කබාය ඇතුළු කොටස් ලියාපදිංචි මේසයෙන් ලබාගත යුතුය, එසේම එම ඇදුම් කට්ටලය නැවත උත්සවය අවසන් වීමෙන් පසු  අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම ලියාපදිංචි මේසය වෙත බාර දීමට කටයුතු කල යුතුය.
  5. අත්‍යවශ්‍ය දෑ හැර අමතර බෑග් / රැගෙන නොඑන ලෙස ඔබට උපදෙස් දෙනු ලැබේ. BMICH හි ආරක්ෂක හේතූන් මත මෙය උපදෙස් දෙනු ලැබේ.
  6. උත්සවය පැවැත්වෙන කාල සීමාව තුළ (ප.ව. 3 සිට 7.00) ඔබේ දරුවන් ශාලාවට ගෙන නොයන ලෙස ඔබට උපදෙස් දෙනු ලැබේ
  7. උත්සවය අතරතුර ජංගම දුරකථන භාවිතා කිරීම සපුරා තහනම්ය. උත්සවය අවසන් වන තුරු ඔබගේ ජංගම දුරකථන නිශ්ශබ්ද කර තබා ගැනීමට වගබලා ගන්න.
  8. කරුණාකර වේදිකාවේ නිල ඡායාරූප සඳහා කැමරා ශිල්පීන් වෙත අවධානය යොමු කිරීමට වග බලා ගන්න. (පෙරහුරුවලදී සියලුම උපදෙස් ලබා දෙනු ඇත).
  9. උත්සවය අතරතුරදී හා පසුව සියලුම සහභාගිවන්නන් ගෞරවය, විනය හා වෘත්තීයභාවය පවත්වා ගැනීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.
  10. උත්සවය අතරතුර කිසියම් අපහසුතාවයක් සිදුවුවහොත් කරුණාකර සංවිධායක කමිටුවේ ඕනෑම සාමාජිකයෙකු අමතන්න. ඔබේ ගැටළු වහාම විසඳනු ඇත.
  11. කිසියම් හේතුවක් නිසා ඔබට උත්සවයට සහභාගී වීමට නොහැකි නම්, 2024 .03. 01 හෝ ඊට පෙර GIOCP වෙත දැනුම් දෙන ලෙස ඔබට උපදෙස් දෙනු ලැබේ.

GIOCP උත්සවය සදහා සහභාගිවන්නන් සඳහා වන වැදගත් දැන්වීමයි!

Please read All the given details and follow instructions correctly. කරුණාකර දී ඇති විස්තර හොඳින් කියවා උපදෙස් අනුගමනය කරන්න

  1. Participants are strictly advised to be at the registration desk (on March 21st 2021 at BMICH Colombo) by 12.30 noon.

 Rehearsals of the procession will be commencing at 1.15pm. All participants should be seated before the rehearsals begin. It is compulsory for all participants to attend the rehearsals.

  1. Please be seated according to the seat number given in your ticket, also for reference please check the floor plan attached in this mail.
  2. All participants please collect your tickets and food tokens at the registration desk. Please make sure tokens are collected for any of your additional participant/s (ONLY WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID & RESERVED THE SEATS)
  3. If you have booked an extra seat in audience for your additional participant or participants (Your family member or friends) Please send us (email) their full name with initials.

All family members are allowed to sit among audience only

  2. You are advised not to bring any additional bags/parcels/bottles except for the essentials. This is advised due to the security reasons at BMICH.
  3. You are advised not to bring your children to the hall during the time period of ceremony (2.00pm. to 6.30pm).
  4. It is strictly prohibited to use mobile phones during the ceremony. You are expected to silent all mobile devises until the ceremony concludes.
  5. Please make sure to focus towards the cameramen for official photographs on stage. All instructions will be provided during ceremonial rehearsals.
  6. It is mandatory for all participants to maintain dignity, discipline and professionalism, during and after the ceremony.
  7. If any inconvenience occurs during the ceremony please do contact any member from the GIOCP event organizing committee. Your issues will be addressed immediately.
  8. Covid 19 health regulations,

Due to health regulations, if you are an individual who was diagnosed with covid-19 or show symptoms, you are advised not to participate to the ceremony without the PHI certification. Please note: if any individual is detected with symptoms on-spot he/she will not be permitted to enter the ceremonial hall. The certificates could be collected from GIOCP Rathmalana office on a later informed date.

 With valid reasons free participate for the next year convocation would be permitted.

  1. Due to any reason if you are unable to participate for the ceremony, you are advised to inform GIOCP on or before 15th march 2021.
  2. Please follow the dress code Dress code: FORMAL

විශේෂයෙන් සලකන්න: කිසියම් පුද්ගලයෙකුට එම ස්ථානයේදීම රෝග ලක්ෂණ අනාවරණය වුවහොත් ඔහුට / ඇයට උත්සව ශාලාවට ඇතුළු වීමට අවසර නොලැබේ.

ඔබගේ සහතිකය බලපත්‍රය හෝ වෙනත් දේ,  පසුව දැනුම් දුන් දිනයක GIOCP රත්මලාන කාර්යාලයෙන් ලබා ගත හැකිය.

Please note that due to current situation, the GIOCP membership awards convocation which was scheduled to be held on 17th October 2020 at B.M.I.C.H. , has been postponed  according to the government announcements. GIOCP hoping to have the event on  March 2021, The new date and time will be informed one month prior to the event. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that ONLINE REGISTRATION for the Batch I – Membership Awards Convocation will continue to be activated.

වර්තමාන තත්ත්වය හේතුවෙන් මෙම මස 17 වන දින B.M.I.C.H හි පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතව තිබූ සාමාජිකත්ව ප්‍රධාන උත්සවය, රජයේ නිවේදනයන්ට අනුකූලව කල් දමා ඇත. 2021 මාර්තු මාසයේ දී උත්සවය පැවැත්වීමට අපේක්ෂා කරන GIOCP, උත්සවයට මසකට පෙර නව දිනය හා වේලාව දැනුම් දෙනු ලැබේ. එබැවින්, කාණ්ඩ 1 – සාමාජිකත්ව ඔන්ලයින් ලියාපදිංචිය අඛණ්ඩව ක්‍රියාත්මක වන බව සතුටින් ප්‍රකාශ කරමු.
