standards of counseling and service provision on a global scale is commendable. By

As we celebrate your achievements today, I encourage you to carry forward the values

Message from Former Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa on the Membership Awards
Convocation of the Global Institute of Counseling Professionals
It gives me great pleasure to send this message of felicitation to the Global Institute of Counseling Professionals on the occasion of its first Membership Awards Convocation.
The Institute’s vision and mission to provide globally accepted membership licenses to counsellors and to assist them in upgrading their skills and knowledge is indeed commendable.
It is now well-accepted that therapy and counseling is not only for those dealing with mental illnesses. It is an important service that helps all those who need assistance in dealing with the stresses of daily life. In such situations, the services provided by well-trained counsellors is invaluable, and I congratulate the Global Institute of Counseling Professionals for taking on such a challenging mission.
I also take this opportunity to congratulate all those who are being awarded their Membership today, and wish them the very best in their chosen careers.

ගෝලීය උපදේශන වෘත්තිකයින්ගේ ආයතනයේ පළමු සාමාජිකත්ව සම්මාන ප්රදානෝත්සවයට සුභාශිංසන එක් කිරීමට ලැබීම පිළිබඳව මා සතුටට පත්වෙමි.
උපදේශකයින්ට ගෝලීය වශයෙන් පිළිගත් සාමාජිකත්ව බලපත්ර ලබාදීම, ඔවුන්ගේ කුසලතා හා දැනුම වැඩි දියුණු කිරීමට සහාය වීම පිළිබඳ ආයතනයේ ගෝලීය උපදේශන වෘත්තිකයින්ගේ ආයතනයේ දැක්ම හා මෙහෙවර සැබවින්ම ප්රශංසනීය වේ.
චිකිත්සාව සහ උපදේශනය මානසික රෝග සමඟ කටයුතු කරන අයට පමණක් නොවන එදිනෙදා ජීවිතයේ ආතතිය සමඟ කටයුතු කරන සියලු දෙනාටම උපකාර වන වැදගත් සේවාවකි. එවැනි අවස්ථාවන්හිදී මනා පුහුණුව ලත් උපදේශකයින් විසින් සපයනු ලබන සේවාවන් මිල කළ නොහැකිය.
එවන් අභියෝගාත්මක මෙහෙවරක් සඳහා කැපවන ගෝලීය උපදේශන වෘත්තිකයන්ගේ ආයතනයට සුබ පැතුම් එක් කිරීමට හා අගය කිරීමට ද මම මෙය අවස්ථාවක් කර ගනිමි.
ගෝලීය උපදේශන වෘත්තිකයින්ගේ ආයතනයේ, අද දින සාමාජිකත්වය ලබා ගන්නා සියලු දෙනාටම සුබ පැතුම් එක් කරන අතර, ඔබ තෝරාගත් වෘත්තිය තුළින් මිනිසුන්ගේ මනස සුවපත් කරමින් රටට සේවයක් ඉටු කිරීමටත් ශක්තිය ධෛර්ය ලැබේවා!

வாழ்த்து செய்தி
உளவள ஆலோசனை தொழிற்துறை சார்ந்தோரின் அமைப்பின் முதலாவது உறுப்புரிமை வழங்கும் விழாவை முன்னிட்டு, வாழ்த்து செய்தியொன்றை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள கிடைத்தமை குறித்து மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறேன்.
உளவள ஆலோசகர்களுக்கு தங்களது திறனையும், அறிவையும் மேம்படுத்திக் கொள்வதற்கு உதவியளிப்பதன் ஊடாக, அவர்களுக்கு உலகளாவிய அங்கீகாரம் கொண்ட உறுப்பினர் உரிமங்களை பெற்றுக் கொடுக்கும் வகையிலான அமைப்பின் நோக்கம், குறிக்கோள் என்பன உண்மையில் பாராட்டத்தக்கதாகும்.
உளவள ஆலோசனை மன நோயாளர்களை கையாள்வதற்கானது மட்டுமல்ல என்பது நன்கு அறியப்பட்ட உண்மையாகும். இது தமது நாளாந்த வாழ்க்கையில் பல்வேறு அழுத்தங்களுக்கு உள்ளாகும் பலருக்கும் உதவும் வகையிலான முக்கிய சேவையாகும். அவ்வாறான சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் சிறந்த பயிற்சி பெற்ற உளவள ஆலோசகர்களினால் வழங்கப்படும் சேவையானது விலைமதிப்பற்றதாகும். இவ்வாறானதொரு சவால் மிக்க குறிக்கோளுடன் செயற்படும் உளவள ஆலோசனை தொழிற்துறை சார்ந்தோரின் அமைப்பிற்கு வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்து கொள்கிறேன்.
இன்றைய தினம் உறுப்புரிமையை பெற்றுக் கொள்ளும் அனைவருக்கும் நல்வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவிப்பதற்கும் இதனை ஒரு வாய்ப்பாக பயன்படுத்தி கொள்கிறேன். தாம் தெரிவு செய்த துறையில் சிறந்து முன்னோக்கி செல்வதற்கும் வாழ்த்துக்களை கூறிக் கொள்கிறேன்.
முதன் முறையாக உறுப்புரிமை வழங்கும் விழாவை நிகழ்த்தும் அமைப்பிற்கு மீண்டும் ஒரு முறை வாழ்த்து தெரிவிப்பதுடன், அமைப்பின் எதிர்கால முயற்சிகள் வெற்றி பெற வேண்டும் என்றும் பிரார்த்திக்கின்றேன்.
